Golf

Chimney Oaks features a world-class golf course. An 18 hole par 72 course, originally designed by PGA Professional Mark McCumber. There is an 18 hole practice putting green, driving range and an indoor training facility. Our course is also used on the competition circuit for the North Georgia Junior Golf.

Our Golf Pro
Byron McCall is our PGA head professional. He brings to us a wealth of knowledge and experience. He is always happy to listen and help with your golf issues and he definitely insists on maintaining a high quality course.

Golf Clinics
Golf clinics are organized for ladies and men. Lessons can also be booked for any age group. Call (706) 677-3333

Outing & Golf Tournaments
Many in-house tournaments are run throughout the year. It is also possible to arrange a works or private social event.

Pro Shop
Visit our Pro Shop, discuss with them membership opportunities, lessons and upcoming events. Our team in the pro shop are all enthusiastic about golf and love to share stories with fellow golfers.

The Forge
An indoor and outdoor training facility with 2 Trackman bays. A fun event space for large or small groups and a hang-out where 9 TV will show multiple sport channels. Learn More

Facilities & Classes

Amenities at Chimney Oaks go beyond our on-site leisure facilities. Your desire to live in a Lifestyle Townhome is based around interests, convenience and comfort. We strive to host events that are focused on the interests of the neighborhood and allow our community to connect with each other.

Leisure Facilities
Tennis and Pickleball courts are open all year round. Members and homeowners can arrange to use the courts or pool for private or group lessons. A fully equipped gym will be built in 2022. See Calendar

Community Events
Events are scheduled throughout the year. Past events have included Breakfast with Santa, New Years Eve Celebration, Easter Brunch, Karaoke, Wine Tasting, Paint & Sip and so much more.

Creative Workshops and Classes
Creative classes and workshops are also scheduled. There have been painting and floral arranging workshops. Also Dance classes, Yoga and water aerobics.

Relaxation
Appointments can be made for massage therapy. But also a simple walk, a meal in the Bar & Grill or a relaxing drink can help you unwind.

Exercise
Summer 2022 will see exercise programs start. Our state-of-the-art gym will be part of the new clubhouse.

The Cabana & Pool
This is a great meeting place for hot summer days and long summer evenings. Relax or swim laps in our Junior Olympic sized pool.

The Lodge
Invite family and friends to share the lifestyle that you have chosen. The Lodge overlooks the driving range. It has 3 separate suites that can accommodate groups from 2 from 12 guests.

More Vacation Rentals
It is in our plans to build more lodgings. This will allow us to offer more vacation rentals and accommodation to guests who are either visiting or attending events . We look forward to seeing you, and sharing all we have to offer.
