Recent & Future Plans
It has been a busy couple of years. We have been amazed at the amount of new construction lifestyle homes sold at Chimney Oaks. In 2021 the golf course was voted a top 50 Golf Course in USA by Golf Advisor. Multiple new golf training facilities have been built along with a new Carpark & Cart Parking areas. Still to come in 2022 is the completion of our New Clubhouse, Fitness Center, Gym and Vacation Rentals. All our developments are complimented by picture perfect landscaping. Our focus for 2022 is townhomes. Demand for our townhomes have been especially high that new phases are planned between now and 2023.
